Rae of Hope Wish Giving Initiative

This is where our Highest Tier comes in. It is up to you how much you would like to donate, $250 or more. We create a plan from the ground up and grant wishes to chosen BENEFICIARIES. Examples: From Thanksgiving through Christmas we supply meals, Christmas gifts, transportation to their favorite stores to load up on food for the home, we grant them a WISH such as hang with a celebrity, send them on a Disney cruise, Backstage VIP to their favorite concert, etc.. All expenses paid of course.
Travel Assistance
$100
Travel assistance to and from hospital, doctor appointments, functions, etc. Sometimes families don't have the means of free travel. That is where this comes in.
Medical supplies and medications
$50
This helps supply a special needs or medically fragile person with their needed medical supplies and prescriptions.
Help with the cost of a meal for a family
$25 Donation
This helps with the cost of a meal that we can supply to a special needs or medically fragile family.
Necessities
$10 Donation
This helps with the cost of basic items that a special needs or medically fragile family may need.
When donating to a specific tier, please feel free to leave a note of why you chose that tier, or what you would like your money to go to specifically.

This option, we will send a Rae of Hope Care Package to a special needs or medically fragile child. Your name will be directly tied to this gift, or you can choose to be anonymous.
You have the option to make this a recurring monthly payment, just let us know in the notes section of the purchase and we will set up a monthly invoice.
